Export to EDP Portugal

ENVERTEC‘s Avian Protection solutions have gained a stronger foothold in Portugal with the export of CAON-KORWI® silicone covers. These specially designed devices have been supplied to EDP (Energias de Portugal), one of Europe’s leading energy providers and the largest in Portugal, as part of their efforts to enhance environmental safety in their energy networks.

Portugal’s unique geographical location and natural diversity make it home to a wide array of bird species, including nearly all those typical of the Iberian Peninsula and many seabirds. Protecting this rich avian biodiversity is crucial, particularly in mitigating the risks posed by electrical infrastructures.
