Dear Supplier/Subcontractor,
At ENVERTEC we would like to thank you for your collaboration in continuing to provide the best service and quality to our clients.
We have implemented in our company a Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, and therefore, compliance with a process of selection and evaluation of external suppliers is required.
We take this opportunity to inform you that, on an annual basis, we carry out a re-evaluation for control and monitoring of the products and services you supply us, analyzing any incidents that may have occurred during the year.
In the event that the annual rating is NOT APPROVED, ENVERTEC will contact you to request the implementation of all possible actions to correct the detected issues.
ENVERTEC also monitors and reviews all your relevant actions with potential impact on the environment. The implementation of our Management System requires:
a) acceptance of the clauses of the environmental commitment for suppliers and subcontractors,
b) submission of evidence of such legal compliance.
The clauses of the environmental commitment are as follows:

Waste producers, in accordance with regulatory provisions, must apply the best available techniques to limit waste generation or its hazardousness, as well as monitor and control the entire production process from the acquisition of raw materials to the reuse, recycling, recovery, or disposal of the waste generated by their products.

Inert waste generated must be delivered to an authorized landfill.

Producers or holders of hazardous waste are obliged, whenever they do not manage it themselves, to deliver it to a waste manager authorized by the environmental authority of the autonomous community where it is to be treated for recovery or disposal.

The production center must be registered in the Registry of Hazardous Waste Producers at the competent Department of the Environment, as a small producer if generating less than 10,000 kg/year, and as a producer if generating more than this amount.

The discharge of used oil into surface waters, inland waters, groundwater, any area of the territorial sea, or sewage systems is strictly prohibited.

Immediate information must be provided to the Quality and Environment Manager regarding any environmental incident that may occur in the course of the contracted work.

In the event of non-compliance with these Conditions, work may be halted.
This acceptance shall be carried out by completing the declaration below, duly dated and signed by a representative of the company.
